Training Manager (EdTech)
Overview
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of educators and staff in our EdTech organization. This role involves fieldwork, engaging directly with teams to assess training needs and deliver effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for education and training.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Training Development: Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of educators and staff, focusing on effective teaching methodologies and technology integration.
- Field Engagement: Conduct on-site training sessions and workshops, actively engaging with participants to ensure understanding and application of concepts.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, ensuring programs are relevant and impactful.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Resource Management: Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes to inform management and stakeholders of progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
