🚨 We’re Hiring: Training Officer (Security Industry)

📍 Location: Mumbai

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Training Officer to lead and elevate the training standards of our security personnel. This role ensures that all guards are deployment-ready, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-deployment and refresher training programs
• Conduct inductions, field training, and mock drills
• Monitor on-site performance and provide corrective training
• Coordinate with clients to meet training requirements
• Train personnel in:

▪ Fire Safety & Emergency Response

▪ First Aid & Crisis Management

▪ Physical Fitness & Discipline

▪ Security Equipment Handling

• Maintain training records and compliance documentation

🔹 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security training
• Strong knowledge of physical security & asset protection
• Ability to conduct practical, field-based training
• Good communication skills (basic English)
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Formal training certification (preferred)
• Ex-servicemen preferred
