About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for preschool staff and educators.
- Conduct training sessions on child development, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
- Assess training needs and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Supervise and support training participants to ensure understanding and effective application of learning.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to align training programs with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Maintain documentation of training activities and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure quality outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in preschool training, early childhood education, or related field
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions
- Organizational and documentation skills
