Job Description
Are you a seasoned Training Manager with a passion for developing teams and delivering impactful training programs? VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Training Manager to join our Teaching & Training department in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a Training Supervisor role, preferably within the call center industry. At VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., you will oversee all training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
As a Training Manager at VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., you will be pivotal in managing the Training department’s operations, including strategic planning, fiscal management, and execution of training programs. You will ensure our training processes and programs meet high standards and support both company objectives and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Oversight: Manage all training initiatives and deliverables at VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., aligning them with company policies and client requirements.
- Program Management: Oversee the delivery of training programs and initiatives to meet individual, operational, and client needs.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the Training department.
- Client Communication: Interpret training instructions from clients, communicate needs to relevant departments, and direct the implementation of training programs.
- Reporting: Prepare and send training reports to clients, covering progress, evaluations, and audit results.
- Capacity Planning: Lead training ramp-up and capacity plans, managing training timelines, logistics, and deliverables for VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd..
- Calibration: Initiate and manage calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement long-term strategies and process improvements for training.
- Tactical Decisions: Make data-driven decisions based on training metrics and performance data.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with other departments, such as Operations and Human Resources, to achieve training goals and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / College Degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or HR Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a Training Supervisor role, ideally within the call center industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to manage and develop training programs and teams at VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd..
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze training data and make informed decisions to enhance training effectiveness.
