Job Description:
Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Training Manager with a strong insurance background. You will design, implement, and manage training programs for employees and trainees, ensuring skill development, process excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on insurance products, processes, and compliance (Life, Health, or Motor insurance)
- Develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning content
- Identify skill gaps and design programs to enhance employee performance
- Mentor and guide junior trainers and team members
- Ensure all training adheres to regulatory and company guidelines
- Track training effectiveness and report KPIs to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA in HR/Insurance preferred
- 3+ years of training experience in the insurance sector (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and compliance
- Ability to develop both classroom and digital training programs
Preferred:
- Experience in Life, Health, or Motor insurance verticals
- Familiarity with LMS and digital training tools
