Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Training Manager - Facility Services, based in Mumbai. The Training Manager will lead and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of facility management teams. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training modules, guiding staff on operational excellence, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards, and managing performance improvement initiatives. The role requires strong coordination with various departments to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for housekeeping and soft service staff
Conduct induction and on-the-job training sessions
Develop SOPs, training manuals, and skill assessment tools
Monitor staff performance and identify training needs
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
Conduct refresher training and performance evaluations
Coordinate with operations teams for continuous improvement
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of soft services (Housekeeping, Facility Management)
Excellent training & presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Qualification:
5+ Years of Exp in Training in soft services in Housekeeping
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field
Certification in Training & Development (preferred)
