Training Manager – 15+ Years Experience
Location: Pune Experience: 15+ Years Role Type: Full-time
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong end-to-end L&D leadership experience and a proven track record in building and managing a Training Academy. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and scale learning programs that develop employee capabilities and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the L&D strategy, training governance, and annual capability-building roadmap.
- Manage the full training lifecycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and run a Training Academy, including curriculum design, certification frameworks, and learning journeys.
- Develop blended learning programs—classroom, virtual, e-learning, and experiential formats.
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement effective training solutions.
- Oversee LMS management, content development, and vendor relationships.
- Track training impact through KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of L&D/training management experience.
- Demonstrated success in creating and scaling a Training Academy.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and modern learning tech.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
