We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong expertise in Secured Lending products such as Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Gold Loans.
Requirements: ✔ 3–4+ years of experience in Secured Lending (Bank/NBFC/HFC)
✔ Experience in training, coaching, or team development
✔ Strong knowledge of loan processes, credit evaluation, documentation, and compliance
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
