Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Training Manager. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs, conducting performance assessments, tracking and analyzing training effectiveness, and aligning training strategies with organizational goals. The role will involve working closely with various departments to identify training needs, creating training materials, and fostering employee development to improve overall performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Training Strategy, Content Development, and Program Implementation
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Facilitation skills
- Capability in Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement approaches
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Project Management and Organizational Skills to manage training schedules and resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in a similar training or leadership role is highly desirable
