Role Description The Training Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs for service professionals, focusing on technical skills, customer experience, safety, and quality standards. This role involves conducting needs assessments, creating training materials and curricula, delivering sessions in classroom and practical formats, and coordinating with operations and category teams to align training with business goals. The Training Manager will monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, and continuously improve content based on feedback and data. The position also includes mentoring trainers, organizing refresher programs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in training design and delivery, including curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation for frontline or service professionals.
- Strong skills in program management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and tracking training outcomes.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis, use data and feedback to refine programs, and measure effectiveness through assessments and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clearly, engage diverse audiences, and build trust with trainees and cross-functional teams.
