Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will design and implement training programs for service professionals, ensuring skill enhancement and alignment with company standards. Responsibilities include developing training content, organizing training sessions, measuring program effectiveness, and driving service quality. The role also involves working closely with multiple stakeholders across operations and quality teams to continuously improve training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in training development, delivery, and evaluation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate training programs and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess training needs and design innovative learning solutions
- Proficiency in digital tools for presentation and content development
- Prior experience in managing training in the service sector is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
