Role Description
We are seeking a Training Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our service professionals. This role includes designing training materials, conducting sessions, tracking learning progress, and ensuring consistency across programs while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. The Training Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Training Facilitation skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Program Evaluation, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Project Management and Organizational skills to manage large-scale training initiatives
- Proficiency in digital tools, e-learning platforms, and LMS software
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse teams
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in training and development roles, preferably in service or customer-oriented industries
- Knowledge of the home and beauty service sectors is a plus
