Position: Training Manager
Experience Required: 2+ years in Teaching / Teacher Training
Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹7–8 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager who can lead tutor training initiatives, ensure teaching quality, and drive continuous improvement across our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and evaluate tutors.
Key Responsibilities
* Train and onboard new tutors through structured training programs
* Conduct demo classes, review sessions, and provide constructive feedback to tutors
* Monitor and maintain the quality standards of teaching delivery
* Perform regular quality checks and audits of tutor sessions
* Identify training gaps and create improvement plans
* Mentor tutors to enhance subject knowledge, teaching methodology, and student engagement
* Collaborate with academic teams to improve learning outcomes
* Maintain training reports and track tutor performance metrics
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in teaching/ teacher training roles
* Prior experience in tutor mentoring, teacher training, or academic quality assurance preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (100% proficiency required)
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team of tutors
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
