Job Summary:
We are hiring a Training Manager for the BFSI Sales sector. The candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing sales teams to improve business performance and productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team handling skills with experience in BFSI sales or training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train and guide the sales team on BFSI products and sales processes
- Conduct induction and on-field training programs
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching support
- Develop sales strategies to improve productivity
- Maintain training reports and performance records
- Support recruitment and team development activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI Sales or Training
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle and motivate teams
