About the Company

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Hospitality Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across multiple properties in India. This role is pivotal in driving service excellence, operational capability, and a strong learning culture across clusters.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured training programs across assigned hotel/resort clusters
- Drive service excellence initiatives aligned with brand standards
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build annual training calendars
- Lead onboarding, induction, and behavioural & functional training programs
- Partner with unit leadership teams to enhance guest experience and operational performance
- Monitor training effectiveness through audits, feedback, and performance metrics
- Develop internal trainers and drive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs
- Ensure compliance with statutory and brand training requirements
- Support pre-opening training initiatives when required
Qualifications
Education: Graduation/Masters/ Any certification in L&D, Trainings
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training within hospitality
- Strong exposure to multi-property or cluster training roles
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in driving service quality and culture transformation
- Willingness to travel extensively across locations
