Role Overview:The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing training programs for STEM Coaches, trainers, and internal teams. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality training delivery, content standardization, and continuous skill development aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, design, and implement training programs for STEM Coaches and trainers
- Develop structured training modules on robotics, coding, AI, and STEM curriculum
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions (online & offline)
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure training effectiveness
- Create SOPs, training manuals, and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with product and academic teams for content updates
- Identify training needs through assessments and feedback
- Manage training schedules, batch planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure consistent training quality across all locations
- Track KPIs such as trainer performance, student engagement, and program success
Requirements:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in training, L&D, or academic operations
- Experience in STEM, EdTech, robotics, or coding training preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tools
- Willingness to travel for training sessions if required
