Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Training Manager role based in Pune, with an option for remote work flexibility. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating tailored training materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The role requires strong communication to collaborate with various teams and contribute to employee development and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training program development, needs assessment, and instructional design
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences
- Experience with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training tools or platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the financial sector, particularly microfinance, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
