Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales employees. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing training curricula, delivering training sessions, and evaluating outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with managers, team leaders, and staff to identify skill gaps and support professional development across the organization. Traning Manager is responsible to enhance sales team performance in Traditional Cars and EV cars as well.
Qualifications
- M.Tech/ M.E with 5 years+ Experience in automobile sales and Training.
- Should have good knowledge of evolving Automobile Technologies.
- Expertise in training design, program implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the automobile or dealership industry is an asset.
