Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that support organizational development objectives. Duties include developing curriculum, delivering training sessions, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. The role also involves collaborating with department leads to align training initiatives with business goals and mentoring team members to foster growth.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional design skills and experience with creating and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analyzing training needs and developing tailored content
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Technical proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences and learning styles
- Prior experience in a similar role and a demonstrated track record of successful training initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
