About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Training Manager who can design and deliver engaging training programs that drive sales excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You’ll Do
✨ Develop structured training programs for the sales team
✨ Conduct impactful workshops, coaching sessions & seminars
✨ Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and learning outcomes
✨ Mentor trainers and enhance instructional quality
✨ Introduce modern learning methodologies and digital training practices
✨ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless training delivery
What We’re Looking For
✔ Master’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field
✔ 4–7 years of experience in training design & delivery
✔ Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
✔ Experience in sales-focused or performance-driven environments preferred
✔ Passion for learning, coaching, and people development
