Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager located at our manufacturing facility in Pithampur.

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating specialized training programs tailored to the nutraceutical manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include identifying skill gaps in production and quality standards, developing content for technical and safety sessions, organizing workshops, and mentoring staff to ensure compliance with WHO-GMP standards. You will collaborate across departments—including Quality Assurance, Production, and HR—to align training initiatives with our organizational growth and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Training & Development: Proven expertise in Training Program Development, Content Creation, and Workshop Organization.

Operational Oversight: Strong abilities in Performance Monitoring, Staff Mentorship, and Skill Gap Analysis within a manufacturing setting.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Nutraceutical/Ayush industry standards, including WHO-GMP guidelines and safety compliance.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Instructional Skills: Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern coaching techniques.
Experience: Prior experience in training management, specifically within Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Herbal manufacturing industries, is highly preferred.
