Role Description
The Training Manager will lead and conduct teacher training sessions to implement Kreedo's curriculum effectively and ensure high-quality education delivery in preschools. Responsibilities include designing training programs, mentoring and certifying teachers, conducting assessments, providing ongoing support to partner schools, and coordinating feedback for continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with school leadership to uphold Kreedo's educational standards. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mulbagal.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in training and development, especially in teacher training and curriculum delivery.
- Knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum design, and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing training programs and workshops.
- Experience in the early education sector and familiarity with educational tools and materials is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
