Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Training Manager for an on-site position in Mangalore region. The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs for preschool educators and administrators. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing training curriculums, supervising and evaluating teacher performance, conducting workshops, providing guidance on curriculum methodologies, and ensuring quality education practices in partner preschools. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the overall improvement of teaching standards and preschool operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in educational training, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring and assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and execute training programs in a professional setting.
- Experience in early childhood education and/or familiarity with preschool operations and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field. A teaching certification or advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mangalore region and engage with local preschools and educators.
