Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Delhi, India. The Training Manager will be responsible for Banca Channel Training , SP Activation, Driving Sales initiatives, designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to equip employees and sales teams with the skills and knowledge required to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, conducting workshops, creating and refining training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
