Job Title: Training Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Training Manager to oversee workforce training, factory discipline, and operational coordination for blue-collar manpower within the plant.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, experience handling factory labour, and the capability to maintain a structured and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage blue-collar workforce on the factory floor
- Conduct onboarding and sessions for workers and staff
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies within the factory premises
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing blue-collar labour is mandatory
- Ability to maintain discipline and operational efficiency in the factory
Preferred Candidate:
- Retired Army Personnel will be preferred
