Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Bengaluru. The Training Manager will design and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, coordinating professional development initiatives, monitoring training effectiveness, assessing employee performance, and developing strategies to address skill gaps. Collaboration with departmental heads to identify training needs and enhance team capabilities is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in training program design, development, and facilitation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to assess training needs and evaluate learning outcomes
- Experience in leadership development, performance analysis, and coaching
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in microfinance, finance, or banking is advantageous
