Role Description
The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs for employees and stakeholders. We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator for our HR department. This entry-level role is integral to the development and execution of training programs aligned with organizational goals. “Investing in employee training is investing in the future of our organization.”
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in training coordination or HR is a plus
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
