Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Training Manager in the Agency Vertical. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the capabilities of agency partners and sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include designing course materials, conducting training sessions, tracking training effectiveness, and driving skill and knowledge development. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in training design, delivery, and facilitation, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in sales training, leadership development, and team-building strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing training outcomes and implementing improvements.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, agency operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive performance among cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Training, or a related field. A certification in training or leadership development is an added advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in training or development roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
