Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for spoken English, business communication, and interview readiness.
- Conduct classroom sessions, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.
- Plan and facilitate mock interviews with structured feedback.
- Assess interview readiness and prepare employees for client interviews.
- Develop role-specific learning materials and improvement plans.
- Track participant progress, training KPIs, and readiness scores.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance employee development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in English, Communication, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Soft Skills Training, Business Communication, or Interview Coaching.
- Experience in IT Services, Recruitment, Staffing, or Consulting is an added advantage.
