Position : Training Head -Retail pharmacy
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 10+years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Training & Development function across the organization
- Design and deliver soft skills, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Develop structured training modules, content, and learning frameworks Facilitate sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, and team management.
- Drive learning culture initiatives and employee engagement programs Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms Mentor and coach employees, managers, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align training strategies with business goals.
- Manage external trainers/vendors where required.
- Ensure continuous improvement in training methodologies and tools
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in soft skills training and behavioral development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience in leadership development programs.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience Profile
10 to 25 years of overall experience
Minimum 5–10 years in training, L&D, or soft skills training roles
Experience In Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Or FMCG Industry Preferred
Prior experience in a leadership or head role is highly desirable
