Designation: Training Executive / L&D Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Executive / L&D Coordinator to support the execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across functions. This role will play a critical part in strengthening the training execution layer by ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and documentation of training programs.

The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, Design, Production, and Quality, while also supporting process improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.


Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Execution

  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs across departments
  • Assist in execution of training modules for Customer Experience, Design, and Production teams
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end training logistics and participation tracking

Compliance & Functional Training

  • Coordinate Fire & Safety training sessions and ensure compliance adherence
  • Support ISO audit readiness through proper training documentation and tracking
  • Maintain records of mandatory and compliance-based training programs

Process Improvement Support

  • Provide backend support for Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in tracking project progress, documentation, and reporting

MIS & Documentation

  • Maintain training records, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Generate periodic reports on training effectiveness, participation, and coverage
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for training needs and execution
  • Liaise with external trainers/vendors (if applicable)
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups


Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training Coordination
  • Exposure to manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of quality tools such as Six Sigma / Kaizen
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or Operations preferred
  • Certification or exposure to L&D practices, ISO standards, or process improvement methodologies is an added advantage
