🚨 We're Hiring | Training Executive – Soft Services (Housekeeping) 🚨
We're looking for an energetic and passionate Training Executive to join our Learning & Development team and drive training excellence across our Housekeeping (Soft Services) operations in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
👥 Eligibility: Male / Female
🏢 Industry: Integrated Facility Management – Soft Services (Housekeeping)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct induction, refresher, and housekeeping skills training
✅ Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) at client sites across Bangalore
✅ Train employees on SOPs, cleaning techniques, safety, grooming, customer service, and workplace etiquette
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
✅ Support operational teams in enhancing employee performance and service quality
Preferred Profile:
✔ Experience in Housekeeping/Soft Services training within the Facility Management industry
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✔ Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site-based training assignments
✔ Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing frontline teams
