Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Training Executive based in Noida. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across various departments. Key activities include identifying training needs, preparing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness. The incumbent will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure skill alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of training design, instructional techniques, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in research and analysis to identify training needs and evaluate program success
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt training methods to suit various learner types
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools is preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in training evaluation and report preparation
- Prior experience in conducting corporate trainings or working in a learning and development role is an advantage
