Role Description The Training Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees and stakeholders. This role involves conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, preparing training materials and presentations, and coordinating schedules and logistics to ensure effective program rollout. The Training Executive will assess learning needs in partnership with business leaders, track participation and performance, and provide feedback and coaching to support skill development. The role also includes maintaining training records, analyzing training outcomes, and recommending improvements to content, methods, and tools to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs, preferably within real estate, professional services, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual training tools, e-learning modules) to create and manage training content.
- Ability to analyze training needs, interpret performance data, and translate findings into actionable learning interventions.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple training projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; relevant training or L&D certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Gurugram, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
