We are looking for a dynamic, energetic candidate who is eager to learn about our company and work closely with the careers preparation team to conduct research, capture data, train, and counsel students on a regular basis to make them placement ready.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Evaluate and counsel students one-on-one who enroll in Internshala’s Placement Guarantee Course to ensure their resumes align with industry standards.
- Deliver and meet set targets for resume evaluation and preparation on a monthly basis.
- Help students create resumes and cover letters, alongside providing constructive feedback to all the PGC candidates.
- Design and deliver soft skills courses, workshops, and other training.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the Career prep team, Placement team, and external stakeholders.
