About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly effective Learning & Development Executive to join our growing team.
This pivotal role will be responsible for L&D administration, end-to-end vendor management, and quality review of virtual learning content. The candidate will also support continuous improvement of learning programs and processes through active market research.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Skill mapping of learning programs and competency mapping role-wise
- Support end-to-end organizational redesign by mapping skills and competencies for every role
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding L&D initiatives aligned with this role’s KRAs
- Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging L&D trends, and new learning technologies
- Benchmark internal learning practices against market standards
- Identify, onboard, and evaluate training vendors aligned with business needs
- Ensure timely invoice processing and budget tracking
- Provide structured feedback to vendors or internal teams for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Freshers may apply (internship experience specialized in L&D will be a strong advantage)
Skills & Expertise
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Market research capability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is mandatory
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specializing in Human Resources from a reputed institution
- Candidates passionate about Learning & Development and intending to grow in this domain
