Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Development Executive based in Chennai. The professional will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The role includes preparing training materials, collaborating with other departments to understand training requirements, and improving learning strategies to enhance employee skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / MBA / MSW Degree required
• 2-6 Years Required
• Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development methodologies
• Ability to design and deliver learning solutions tailored to varying needs
• Proficiency in basic office software.
• Strong Presentation Skills and Interpersonal Skills
• Immediate Joiner's Preferred
