Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on solar PV manufacturing processes, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs aligned with the adoption of emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC.
- Create customized training modules for workforce development in advanced solar technologies, ensuring alignment with Adani Solar’s operational benchmarks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using measurable outcomes and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions to enhance technical proficiency in solar manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Support the integration of new technologies into training curricula, ensuring workforce readiness for future technological upgrades.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solar PV manufacturing and training delivery.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in training methodologies to support Adani Solar’s vision of building a world-class solar manufacturing ecosystem.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training delivery within the solar PV manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
- Proven expertise in solar technologies, including TOPCon and MonoPERC.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs for large-scale manufacturing operations.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in solar technologies or training methodologies are preferred.
Years & Type Of Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical training delivery, with a focus on solar PV manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for advanced solar technologies.
