Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Ernakulam. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training programs to ensure employees are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, managing training schedules, analyzing training needs, and providing support to both trainers and participants. The Training Coordinator will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and work closely with different departments to address employee development needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training Coordination, including preparing and managing training schedules and logistics
- Knowledge and experience in Training & Development, focusing on creating programs to enhance employee skills
- Proficient Communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience in conducting and facilitating Training and Employee Training sessions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with training software and tools; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a training or human resources role is preferred but not mandatory
