Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Training Coordinator at Indira IVF. The Training Coordinator will oversee scheduling and organizing training sessions, managing training materials, facilitating effective communication among trainees and trainers, and evaluating the success of training programs. The role also involves assisting with employee development initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of training plans aligned with organizational goals.

About the Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support learning & development initiatives across the organization.

MBA Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Design and develop engaging e-learning content using LMS tools (iSpring, AI-based modules, etc.).
  • Launch, manage, and track training programs (Induction, Functional, Behavioural, HR Refresher) via LMS.
  • Handle LMS administration, trainee support, attendance, assessments, and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, trainers, and vendors.
  • Manage training communicationinvites, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and audit/compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Functional Heads to ensure training compliance.


Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA / Graduate HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in L&D / corporate training (MBA Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and documentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a process and compliance mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports.


Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (iSpring preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with email and digital communication tools.
