About the Role
Growth View Consulting Group is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing student interactions, coordinating training schedules, maintaining student records, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
- Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (On-site)
- Experience: Fresher Only
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + ₹2,000 incentive for each successfully completed training batch
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students regarding course enrollment, schedules, and training updates.
- Plan and schedule training batches with trainers and students.
- Guide students through the registration and onboarding process.
- Discuss and negotiate training fees and payment schedules with students professionally.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and payment details.
- Prepare and manage training completion certificates.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth batch execution.
- Resolve student queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor batch progress and ensure a positive learning experience.
The coordinator will support training programs in:
- Cloud Computing (AWS & Azure)
- Python
- Java
- Data Analysis
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML)
- Advanced SQL
- Digital Marketing
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
