Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirupati for a Training Consultant. The Training Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for IT professionals, focusing on areas such as DevOps, Cloud, and other emerging technologies. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, creating and updating training materials, providing one-on-one mentorship, and assisting participants in live projects. Additionally, the role includes supporting participants with resume building and interview preparation, ensuring they are well-equipped for industry demands.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with potential candidates through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Career Counseling: Conduct telephonic consultations to understand a candidate’s background and suggest the most viable career path through our training modules.
- Lead Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
- Data Administration: Meticulously update and maintain training records, candidate feedback, and enrollment spreadsheets to ensure operational transparency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical training team to stay updated on course curriculum changes and upcoming demo sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (2024/2025 graduates preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of LinkedIn networking and MS Office (Excel/Word).
