Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for the role of Training & Coaching Head. The Training & Coaching Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating tailored training materials, coaching team members, and ensuring the skills development of employees. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance data, coordinating with department heads, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure top-notch training practices.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in developing, executing, and evaluating training programs and workshops
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
- Strong ability in curriculum development and instructional design
- Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting for evaluating training outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive engagement and learning
- Proficiency in digital training tools, technologies, and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within training and coaching is highly desirable
