Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Training & Business Associate. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, and guiding clients or team members on operational practices. The associate will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and assist in implementing strategies to improve internal and external processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Training, Training & Development, and facilitating professional growth
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles and their practical application
- Ability to develop strategies for effective client engagement and satisfaction
- Excellent responsiveness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial markets or brokerage industry is a plus
