Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Quality Manager at Square Business Services, located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, monitoring staff performance, conducting quality audits, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring operational compliance with quality standards. The role also involves analyzing data to recommend improvements, creating a culture of continuous learning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and delivering effective training programs, with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality audits, and compliance
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and recommending process improvements
- Leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with BPO operations and the ability to handle dynamic work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; certifications in quality or training will be an advantage
