Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a Training and Quality Manager. The role involves designing and implementing training programs, analyzing quality metrics, and collaborating with teams to ensure process compliance and performance improvement. Key responsibilities also include monitoring operational efficiencies, conducting training sessions, evaluating team performance, and driving initiatives that align with quality standards and organizational goals.

• Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and using various instructional techniques.
• Expertise in quality assurance, process optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills essential for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Relevant professional certifications or courses in training, quality management, or process improvement are an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
