Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual training calendar aligned with business goals
- Conduct training need analysis (TNA) across departments
- Deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Customer service excellence
- Upselling cross-selling techniques
- Grooming communication skills
- Brand standards and SOPs
- Drive onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Lead quality audits across departments to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with HODs to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Maintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation
- Promote a strong learning culture within the organization
