Role Description
We are looking to expand our PLACEMENT TEAM, with strong Corporate Relations Managers with relevant experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati for a Training and Placement Officer at SV College of Engineering.
The Training and Placement Officer will oversee campus placement activities, coordinate with recruiters, build partnerships with industries, and support students in enhancing their employability skills through training programs.
The responsibilities include organizing and conducting placement drives, managing relationships with companies, preparing students for interviews and group discussions, and fostering collaborations with corporate partners to secure placement opportunities for students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Campus Placement coordination and campus Recruitment processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and developing students’ Soft Skills such as presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Ability to design and deliver Training programs to enhance employability skills
- Excellent organizational and networking abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, or a related field; engineering or technical background is a plus
- Previous experience in training, recruitment, or placement coordination is highly desirable
