Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer, located in Kochi. Responsibilities include coordinating campus recruitment efforts, liaising with colleges and organizations, conducting training sessions, and equipping students with the skills needed for effective placement. Additionally, the role involves organizing workshops, preparing reports, and enhancing students' employability through effective communication and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• minimum 1 year experience in placement
• Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships with students and recruiters
• Expertise in Training and Soft Skills development
• Proficient organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to create and deliver impactful professional development programs
• Previous experience in career services or related field is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in human resources or training is a plus
