Summary:
As a Training and Performance Support Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive process of designing, developing, and implementing training and performance support solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, creating engaging training materials, and ensuring that the training programs align with organizational goals. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in performance support strategies and methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
